Damaged or Defective Items
 If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Item or Size
 If you receive the wrong product or size, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement.

Change of Mind / Wrong Size Ordered
 Because each item is made specifically for your order, we cannot offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size choice. Please double-check the size chart before ordering.

Lost Packages
 If your package does not arrive within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international) of shipping, please contact us. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, arrange a replacement.
