How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing takes 2–5 business days. After that, shipping times are:
- U.S. orders: 5–10 business days
- International orders: 7–20 business days
- Please note that holidays, customs inspections, and carrier delays may extend delivery times.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hoursto appear.
What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?
If you receive the wrong item, wrong size, or a damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?
Since each product is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering the wrong size. Please check our size chart before purchasing.
My package hasn’t arrived—what should I do?
If your package is still in transit beyond 30 days (U.S.) or 45 days (international), contact our support team. We’ll investigate and send a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hoursof purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
